To keep dental costs down for you and your family, we have developed an In-House Dental Savings Plan for our patients who do not have dental insurance.
Our priority is providing care that is guided by clinical judgment, patient needs, and long-term oral health—not by insurance company limitations. While we are committed to helping patients make the most of their dental benefits, we believe treatment decisions should be based on what is appropriate for your health rather than dictated by an insurance plan.
We are a non-participating (out-of-network) practice and do not contract with dental insurance plans as a preferred provider. This allows us to maintain consistent standards of care for all patients. Although we practice holistically, our procedures are coded using standard dental codes, just like traditional dental offices. This means patients with out-of-network benefits can still receive reimbursement from their insurance carrier for covered services, with the exception of safe metal removal.
Payment is requested in full at the time of service. As a courtesy, our team is happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf, including required X-rays, narratives, or supporting documentation when requested by your insurance company. In many cases, patients receive reimbursement directly from their insurance provider within approximately two weeks of claim submission.
